Huzhou Meixinda Circular Industry Development Co., Ltd. was established in December 2017. It is an industrial platform dedicated to the recycling and utilization of urban mineral resources by Meixinda Group Co., LTD. The company will take scrapped vehicles and electronic waste as the carrier to carry out resource integration. Through the fine sorting, deep processing, reuse and remanufacturing of auto parts of scrapped vehicles, electronic waste and related resources, it will continuously extend the industrial chain, increase added value, and promote the recycling and high-value utilization of scrapped vehicles and electronic waste resources.
The Meixinda Donglin Circular Industry Park is planned and constructed by Huzhou Meixinda Circular Industry Development Co., LTD. It is located in the northern area of the industrial functional zone in Donglin Town, Huzhou City, with a total planned area of over 400 mu. The park is planned and designed in accordance with the concepts of "greenness, intelligence, resource utilization, process standardization, informatization and education". It will build projects for the dismantling of scrapped vehicles, the dismantling and secondary utilization of power batteries, the remanufacturing of auto parts, the crushing, processing and sorting of scrap metals, the recycling of waste plastics and tires, and electronic waste. The goal is to build a world-class comprehensive utilization and treatment base for end-of-life vehicles, a recycling and treatment base for electronic waste, and a remanufacturing base for auto parts. Efforts will be made to turn the park into a national demonstration base for urban mineral recycling and utilization, an industrial demonstration base, a technological innovation demonstration base, and an ecological civilization education demonstration base that is advanced in China and first-class in the world.
Huaibei Meixinda Circular Industry Park is planned to cover an area of 1,000 mu with a total investment of 2 billion yuan. In accordance with the requirements of "Made in China 2025", it will adopt international advanced new technologies and new equipment. Comprehensive recycling and disposal projects for vehicle dismantling, disposal and deep utilization of scrapped tires, resourceful disposal of construction waste (including large items such as decoration and garden waste), scrap steel, scrap aluminum (non-ferrous metals), waste plastics, biodiesel and other recycling projects will be constructed. This project is based in Huaibei City and radiates to the Huaihai Economic Zone, aiming to build a national-level circular economy industrial park worth over 10 billion yuan within five years. Guided by the new development concepts of innovation, coordination, green development, openness and sharing, we will promote the formation of a green development mode and boost the construction of a "zero-waste city".
