Meixinda Research Institute was established in 2018. It is an industrialized innovation and entrepreneurship "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" platform focusing on sustainable, low-carbon and green development. It covers a total area of 105 mu. The project is constructed in three phases, with a total incubation area of nearly 70,000 square meters and a total investment of over 1 billion yuan. All along, the research institute has adhered to the development concept of "cultivating partners and nurturing entrepreneurs", closely focusing on the upstream and downstream of the green industrial chain. It has explored a closed-loop model of industrial development featuring "talents + platforms + projects + capital", and is dedicated to low-carbon technological innovation, green financial investment and the development of incubated enterprises. Empower and assist in the construction of systems such as sustainable development consultation, low-carbon innovation technology support, domestic and overseas talent introduction, entrepreneurship incubation services, and green finance investment. Up to now, it has received multiple platform honors and qualifications, including the National Mass Innovation Space, the National Environmental Industry Professional Incubation and Innovation Platform Green Hero Award, the Provincial College Students' Entrepreneurship Demonstration Park, the Academician and Expert Workstation, and the Municipal Research and Development Center.
The research institute keeps abreast of the development trends of the green and low-carbon industry, constantly updates and improves its domestic and international expert database, and flexibly introduces 17 high-level talents from home and abroad, among whom 3 have obtained provincial-level overseas high-level talent projects and 7 have been selected as innovation and entrepreneurship teams under the Nan Taihu Elite Program. We have carried out scientific research cooperation and project incubation and implementation with more than 10 research institutions such as Zhejiang University, Fudan University in Shanghai, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Guangzhou Institute of Energy Conversion of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Nanjing Institute of Geology and Limnology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Hefei Institute of Physical Science of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Technical University of Denmark. So far, a total of 57 teams and enterprises have settled in the incubation. It involves multiple green and intelligent industrial fields such as industrial environmental safety, carbon capture and utilization, green functional materials, lithium battery recycling and utilization, industrial intelligent sericulture, environmental big data and large models, and intelligent safety management.
Among them, Zhejiang Lingzhuo Smart Technology Co., LTD., established in November 2022, focuses on industrial environmental safety and health protection services. By applying multi-dimensional perception methods, environmental data analysis and AI algorithms, it provides customers with an overall industrial environmental safety solution integrating "monitoring - early warning - protection" through a product model of "software and hardware platform + protection services". The industries involved cover traditional printing and dyeing, hazardous chemicals storage, power, municipal pipeline networks, food processing, industrial solid waste management, chemical engineering, municipal public utilities, metallurgy and casting, wood processing, mining, industrial spraying, scientific research experiments, emergency rescue, etc. A total of 694 sets of multi-dimensional perception devices have been connected, providing security protection services for nearly 100 industrial enterprises. There are 76 scenarios under protection, with a protection duration of 667 days, and various risks have been warned 88,975 times.
